Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)
The CPE requires all fees* paid by students to be protected. The Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) protects the course fees of students studying in AAC, except for short courses that CPE has given a waiver of this requirement. The FPS serves to protect the student's fees in the event the PEI is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure. In addition, the FPS protects the student if the PEI fails to pay penalties or return fees to the students arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.
AAC adopts the Fee Protection Scheme Group Insurance with effect from 19 August 2021 and has appointed Lonpac Insurance Bhd as the provider of all policies taken out as part of the fee protection scheme.

* Refer to all monies that are paid by the student to be enrolled in AAC except for course application fee, GST, miscellaneous fee (non-compulsory fee) and exam fees collected less than 2 months before exam date. AAC does not collect fees beyond 12 months.
Medical Insurance Coverage
CPE encourages students to be covered under a medical insurance coverage for the students’ hospitalisation, surgery and treatment costs throughout their course duration. Students can opt out of the Medical Insurance scheme if they have their own coverage, and are required to submit a copy of medical insurance policy.
AAC has partnered with NTUC Income Singapore to provide medical insurance coverage for the students. Details of the medical insurance Policy can be found in the Student Handbook.
